The climate in Northern Mariana Islands
The Northern Mariana Islands lie in the Pacific Ocean in the far north of Micronesia, at the same latitude as the Philippines. The climate is tropical: hot and humid. The rainy season runs from July to October. Saipan, one of the Marianas islands, according to the Guinness Book of Records has the most uniform temperature in the world: 27 °C all year around. That means a daily maximum of around 30 °C. The Northern Mariana Islands are the sunniest archipelago of Micronesia. It is not all great there in Northern Micronesia: in August and September there are regular typhoons.
