The climate in Angola
Angola has a tropical climate, with a distinct wet and dry season. Most precipitation falls between November and April. The temperature is also then at its peak, averaging, 30 °C. The best time to travel to Angola is in the dry season which runs from May to October. With an average temperature in this period of 25 degrees, it is also more tolerable. There is little difference between day and night temperatures; only 5 degrees. The area around Luanda and particularly to the south of the capital, sees the least rainfall. This areas includes the Namib desert.
